Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience in software development and data science, and 1 year of experience in product management.
• 1 year of experience managing the product development life-cycle (e.g., identifying user needs, defining product roadmaps and requirements, collaborating with engineers during development, addressing issues that arise, and executing product launches and go-to-market strategies).
• 1 year of experience driving product launches within ML, AI or content recommendations products.

Aufgaben

• Drive content recommendations improvements for teens to ensure time is well spent on YouTube.
• Drive product roadmaps, execution, and launches with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and user research.
• Own backend products, classifiers, and recommendation treatments for youth responsibility on YouTube.
• Commission and steer user research and logs analysis to generate insights informing product decisions.
• Define, measure, and align shared success metrics across partner teams.
