Description

The Product Manager will help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Workspace. In this role, you will partner closely with product engineers, business leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders across the firm to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.

Workspace is Sensiba's proprietary delivery platform designed to transform how professional services work gets done. Built as the operating system for our delivery functions, Workspace brings engagement planning, execution, review, collaboration, and sign-off into a single platform enhanced by AI and intelligent agents.

Today, Workspace supports teams across Assurance & Advisory, Tax, Employee Benefit Plan Audits, GRC, and Consulting. As the platform continues to evolve, it is being positioned for adoption by firms beyond Sensiba, creating an opportunity to help shape the future of the accounting profession.

Workspace combines the speed and innovation of a startup with the stability, expertise, and customer access of an established Top 75 accounting firm. Our team ships quickly, works closely with practitioners, and delivers meaningful improvements to how work is performed every day.

This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and is passionate about building great products. You will help ensure the team is focused on the highest-value opportunities while fostering alignment across stakeholders and driving adoption of new capabilities.

As an AI-native product operating within an AI-enabled environment, Workspace leverages artificial intelligence throughout both the product experience and internal operating model. Success in this role requires comfort utilizing AI tools to accelerate research, planning, communication, product discovery, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, user needs, and areas for innovation.
  • Evaluate competing priorities and make data-driven recommendations regarding investment and sequencing.
  • Assess new markets, services, workflows, and opportunities to support product growth and expansion.
  • Lead structured product discovery efforts with internal and external customers.
  • Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify product opportunities.
  • Partner with product engineers and business stakeholders to validate ideas and test assumptions.
  • Translate business needs and customer insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between product teams and key business stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding product initiatives, timelines, upcoming releases, and roadmap priorities.
  • Build alignment across practitioners, service line leaders, partners, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Create effective product communications, enablement materials, and training content to support adoption.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and triage processes for product requests, enhancements, and support needs.
  • Partner with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure product initiatives are aligned with customer needs, strategic objectives, and business outcomes.
  • Support release planning, launch coordination, and post‑launch adoption activities.
  • Define and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, utilization, and business impact.
  • Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform future priorities.
  • Establish reporting and measurement frameworks to evaluate product effectiveness across service lines.
  • Continuously improve product processes, workflows, and operating models.
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate product planning, research, communication, and operational activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product team workflows through automation and AI‑enabled processes.
  • Partner with engineering teams to enhance AI‑powered product experiences and agent capabilities.
  • Maintain appropriate quality, governance, and review standards for AI‑generated outputs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience supporting technical products or software platforms.
  • Experience working within SaaS, technology, or B2B software environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing products from concept through delivery and adoption.
  • Experience supporting professional services, accounting, audit, financial services, compliance, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience working within startup, high‑growth, or rapidly evolving environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled products, automation tools, and agent‑based workflows preferred.
  • Strong product discovery, research, and customer interviewing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into product solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
