Job summary

Advanced Business Integrators, Inc. (ABI) seeks a dynamic Product Manager to oversee ABIMasterMind software deliveries, bridging business needs, customer insights, and technical implementation with engineering, customer success, and product teams to drive continuous improvements and customer satisfaction.

The role begins with training and shadowing, then progresses to owning the product backlog, requirements, and user stories, reporting to the Product Director.

Qualifications

• Strong product management exposure with software
• Experience documenting business requirements and user stories
• Experience collaborating with engineering and customer-facing teams

Responsibilities

• Understand product, industry, and customer needs
• Gather and organize insights from users and stakeholders to influence product decisions
• Collaborate with teams to enhance usability and customer satisfaction
• Assist in prioritizing and refining product backlog
• Define business problems and solutions with stakeholders
• Translate product needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Act as liaison between business and engineering and support deployment
• Document and track issues for timely resolution and coordinate testing with stakeholders
