Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans.
• Work with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Drive Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Manage releases, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and security standards.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and business metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Salesforce capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Mandatory Skills
