Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Dallas is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, run Agile ceremonies, and ensure security and integration standards while tracking KPIs and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce product management and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
• Manage the Salesforce product lifecycle from ideation to launch and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Salesforce architects, developers, admins, and QA to ensure delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Salesforce implementation, enhancements, integrations, and optimization.
• Manage releases, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure solutions align with objectives, security, and platform best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
• Communicate progress to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platforms, product management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
• Manage the Salesforce product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans.
• Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Salesforce implementation, enhancements, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Manage product releases, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and platform best practices.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and business metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of Salesforce capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress to senior leadership.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Product Management.
• Hands-on product management experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce platform implementation, customization, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, user stories, and product backlogs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce development and technical teams
