Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. You will own the product lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive Agile delivery to meet business objectives.

The role requires strong Salesforce platform expertise, experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and a track record of translating business needs into actionable product requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
• Manage the Salesforce product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans.
• Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Salesforce implementation, enhancements, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Manage product releases, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and platform best practices.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and business metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of Salesforce capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress to senior leadership.
