Job summary

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize market opportunities to drive profitable growth and develop a forward-looking 3–5 year product roadmap.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate requirements for new products and enhancements; partner with Sales on revenue forecasts.
• Launch new products with marketing, training, and promotional activities.
• Establish pricing relationships based on market value and positioning.
• Maintain and update the product portfolio to align with brand strategy.
• Analyze margins and drive cost reduction, sourcing changes, or VA/VE initiatives.
• Provide technical information and training for internal and external customers.
• Support geographic expansion by understanding local needs, competitors, pricing, and specs.
