Hobart Filler Metals, a division of ITW, seeks a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and results for our manufacturing product line. You will partner with the sales team and cross-functional groups to shape strategy and drive growth in welding solutions.

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle, influence strategic planning, and collaborate across functions to elevate customer engagement and market impact. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing product management or relevant non-software experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven track record of successful product commercialization.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools.
