Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related technical field.
• 7+ years in product management, product marketing, or technical marketing in welding consumables, metals, or industrial products.
• Strong understanding of stainless-steel alloys, welding processes (MIG, TIG, FCAW), and filler metal applications.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide product expertise on welding processes, alloys, standards (AWS, ASME, ISO), and certifications.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of stainless-steel and low-alloy welding wire products from ideation through launch and phase-out.
• Develop pricing strategies, list prices, and discount guidelines in coordination with sales and finance.
• Drive portfolio rationalization and SKU optimization to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing on new product development and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.
