Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience with filtration or related products is desired.
• Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver products and features.
• Financial acumen to support pricing, profitability, and valuation of new product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, strategy, financial performance, and lifecycle from inception through end of life.
• Refine product roadmap and market positioning using data, interviews, competitive analysis, VOC, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, PM, and manufacturing to deliver product line growth.
• Drive prioritization and execution within the product family to optimize performance.
• Apply 80/20 principles to simplify and improve product performance.
