Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience with filtration or related products is desired.
• Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver products and features.
• Financial acumen to support pricing, profitability, and valuation of new product development projects.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Filtration Products and primary point of contact for other experts.
• Support the commercial team to drive customer adoption and market penetration for filtration products.
• Set the tone for priority and urgency within your product family and focus on execution of strategy.
• Refine product roadmap and market positioning using data, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and voice-of-the-customer research.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, project management, and manufacturing to ensure industry-leading product line growth.
• Apply 80/20 principles to optimize product performance and reduce unnecessary complexity.
