Job summary

Broadcom, working with VMware Cloud Foundation, seeks a Senior Product Manager to define the strategy, roadmap, and ecosystem integration for VKS and the Supervisor within vSphere. You will collaborate with customers, open-source communities, and cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and support to shape cloud-native infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.

The role requires deep Kubernetes and cloud-native expertise, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, platform engineering, or virtualization.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes control plane, scheduling, CNI/CSI, and CNCF ecosystem with vSphere/ESXi.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to ship products.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for VKS and Supervisor.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and UX workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to enable early adoption and deployments.
• Engage with CNCF/open-source communities and represent VMware at events.
• Lead discovery sessions with global enterprise customers and partners.
