Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Systems/Application Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of control valves and actuator technologies.
• HVAC, hydronic systems, and building automation applications.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmap with lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy for valve and actuator portfolios.
• Define target market segments, customer personas, and applications.
• Conduct market research, VOC analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead the product roadmap and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive NPI/NPL initiatives from definition to post-launch performance.
• Define go-to-market strategy and collaborate with Marketing.
