Responsibilities

• Связывать привлечение с полным путём клиента от открытия до конверсии и выручки.

Описание: Click&Boat operates a boat rental marketplace that makes boating accessible around the world and enables private and professional boat owners to earn additional income from rentals. It is the European leader in boat rentals and a product of Boats Group.

Задачи:

• Develop a point of view on how search, AI and acquisition are evolving and where Click&Boat should place its bets
• Work with SEO, SEA, Brand and Acquisition experts, challenge assumptions and turn different perspectives into a clear strategy
• Use data and experimentation to identify opportunities and work with Engineering to turn them into products, tools and scalable solutions
• Connect acquisition to the full journey, from discovery to conversion and revenue

Требования:

• Fluent in English
• Strategic and hands-on, able to define an acquisition strategy and long-term roadmap and dive into a funnel, landing page, traffic source, experiment or metric
• Strong technical understanding of web acquisition, including technical SEO, site architecture, indexing and page performance
• Significant experience in growth or traffic acquisition, as a Product Manager or in a dedicated Growth / Traffic role
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, regardless of scope
