Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Specialist, Product Management to drive the Test & Learn analytics platform within the Services portfolio. You will shape product strategy, synthesize user and market insights, and translate them into a clear roadmap to guide cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and commercial partners to deliver end-to-end features, measure impact, and continuously improve the platform for a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role or equivalent
• Ability to work with engineers, designers, sales and marketing teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience translating product vision into an actionable roadmap

Responsibilities

• Product Manager for Mastercard's Test & Learn product, an analytic platform used by the world's largest organizations to make multi-million-dollar decisions.
• Develop product strategy derived from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.
• Translate a deep understanding of our users into an actionable roadmap.
• Own end-to-end feature development, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact.
• Work with UX designers, engineers, and other product managers to improve our products.
