Job summary

The Mastercard Services team is expanding its Product Management for the Test & Learn experimentation platform. You will shape the evolution of Test & Learn, delivering advanced analytics and new capabilities across front-end, analytics, and technical investments.

As a Manager, Product Management, you will partner with engineering, design, sales, and client delivery to drive scalable capabilities, improve adoption, and guide regional strategies while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering product enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.
• Awareness of how product decisions affect customer adoption and growth.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using customer research and data to inform the roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery, and regional teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Support platform enhancements and new capabilities, exploring AI opportunities to improve experimentation and value.
• Serve as a trusted product partner for regional teams, guiding capabilities and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with product positioning and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
