Responsibilities

• Act as primary business representative for Supply Chain; prioritise initiatives based on business value and impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and integration teams to define vision, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, analytics, and operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Supply Chain & Warehousing to lead the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of our logistics and warehouse management product capabilities. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and integration partners to deliver scalable solutions that drive operational excellence across the supply chain ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines deep warehousing domain expertise with strong product management skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain and warehousing solutions, from discovery and planning through launch and optimisation.
• Act as the primary business representative for Supply Chain, prioritising initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and integration teams to define product vision, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain planning, reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform product strategy and innovation.
• Analyse complex business challenges, data, and operational contexts to identify opportunities and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure high-quality product releases are delivered on time and aligned with customer and business needs.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and leverage insights to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Foster alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as AI, automation, predictive analytics, and big data to strengthen product competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 10-12 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Supply Chain domain, with a strong focus on Warehousing and Distribution.
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, discovery, ideation, roadmap development, requirements management, and value realisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within cross-functional Agile product teams is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Supply Chain technology platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics applications within supply chain operations.
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives.
