Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Supply Chain (Replacement Role)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Supply Chain to own end-to-end product capabilities across warehousing, inventory, and logistics for a major insurance/supply-chain enterprise client. This is a replacement role for a departing incumbent with deep, long-tenured supply chain product ownership — candidates should be prepared to speak directly to hands-on Product Management experience in this domain, not adjacent program/delivery roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Supply Chain & Logistics products — discovery, roadmap, requirements, launch, and optimization

- Represent the business point of view when collaborating with Product, Engineering, and integration partner teams

- Serve as Business Product Owner (BPO) for Supply Chain, prioritizing initiatives based on value

- Drive product strategy across Warehouse Management (WMS), Order Management (OMS), and Inventory capabilities

- Own Reverse Logistics product strategy — returns processing, disposition, inventory reconciliation

- Conduct research on warehousing & distribution industry trends, competitive analysis, and market alignment

- Track post-launch performance, gather feedback, and continuously optimize product features

- Drive clarity and alignment across large cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of Product Management experience (genuine PM discipline — roadmap ownership, PRDs, discovery, requirements definition)

- 5+ years in Supply Chain domain, specifically Warehousing

- Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and Inventory Management platforms

- Reverse Logistics experience — strongly preferred, high priority for this role

- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field

- Strong verbal and written communication — able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
