Job summary

Heliux Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the Supply Chain OS module and report to the CEO. You will partner with customers to translate needs into product requirements, manage the end-to-end roadmap, and craft release communications for both existing customers and prospects.

This role requires hands-on experience with hardware-ship operations, a dislike for legacy engineering tools, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional product delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supply chain leader supporting operations that ship complex hardware systems used in the field.
• Familiarity with legacy tools used by hardware engineers (CAD, PDM, PLM, ERP, MES).
• Systems thinker who identifies root problems and translates them into clear product requirements.
• Willingness to be customer-facing across sales, deployment and post-go-live.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers’ supply chain and manufacturing teams to understand their work.
• Anticipate capabilities needed and translate into well-defined product requirements.
• Own end-to-end roadmap for Supply Chain OS, including priorities and release sequencing.
• Author release communications for customers and prospects across channels.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure the platform is coherent across modules.
