Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Product Manager to lead a portfolio of Custom applications, driving strategy, roadmaps, budget oversight, and delivery. You will report to the Director of Technical Services and oversee Product Owners and Analysts in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, engage stakeholders, and ensure value delivery against the product roadmap across in-office/show-site days 2–3 per week, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with ownership of product strategy and roadmapping.
• 1-2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing people, preferably within a product or Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision for a suite of Custom applications via stakeholder input and engagement.
• Create timelines and roadmaps to achieve the product vision and maintain market knowledge.
• Oversee product development, ensuring compliance and quality; support testing and training requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product functionality with business processes.
• Manage a team of Product Owners and Analysts, set goals, priorities, and development plans; conduct regular 1:1s and reviews.
