Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years PM experience or 5+ years equivalent.
• Experience as a Product Owner in Agile delivery with backlog management from discovery through release.
• Ability to onboard quickly, work with limited supervision, manage priorities, and meet time-bound engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmaps for IT applications.
• Liaise between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritize technical features, balancing debt, scalability, and business value.
• Gather user insights to translate feedback into actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and UX to ensure delivery of technical products.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs measuring performance, reliability, and business impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in technical product offerings.
• Ensure alignment with architectural standards and enterprise priorities.
• Produce clear product documentation and decision records.
• Provide knowledge transfer at engagement end and work independently within governance.
