Job summary

The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to drive value by delivering quality product changes that enhance sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will work with a cross-functional team of developers, designers and business partners to translate business goals into a clear product roadmap. You will conduct user research, define MVPs, set success metrics, and continuously refine the backlog.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year minimum relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a software enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into product strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and partners to deliver value.
• Define metrics to measure product value and backlogs; refine backlog based on learnings.
• Conduct user research to identify user stories and MVP scope.
• Participate in standups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
• Communicate product strategy to stakeholders at all levels to guide decision-making.
