Within Oracle, our Enterprise Engineering organization is responsible for building and managing critical infrastructure, platforms, and services that empower Oracle's global workforce, especially our engineering teams. The Internal Secure Access product is vital, providing secure, reliable, and streamlined access to internal resources, development environments, and corporate data, protecting Oracle's intellectual property, ensuring operational continuity, and enabling innovation at speed and scale.

Oracle seeks a seasoned Senior Principal Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and adoption for Oracle's Internal Secure Access. This influential role requires expertise in security principles, enterprise IT infrastructure, and a passion for enhancing developer productivity and user experience.

You will define and deliver a top-tier internal secure access experience that meets the evolving needs of Oracle’s internal community, aligns with security policies, and improves operational efficiencies. You will work closely with executive leadership, security teams, engineering groups, and operations to deliver impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems in a collaborative, agile environment, demonstrate creativity and innovation, and possess strong communication skills to drive outcomes across business lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Internal Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a compelling long-term vision for Oracle's Internal Secure Access platform, aligning with company goals and the future of work.
  2. Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and manage a multi-year product roadmap focusing on user needs, security, stability, and productivity, making data-driven decisions.
  3. Stakeholder & User Engagement: Serve as an expert on internal security needs, engaging deeply with users to validate product direction.
  4. Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and engineers to drive innovative, scalable, reliable, and seamless access solutions.
  5. Adoption & Change Management: Work with communication and support teams to promote adoption, measure satisfaction, and improve productivity.
  6. Security & Compliance: Partner with security teams to ensure best practices, compliance, and continuous security improvements.
  7. Executive & Stakeholder Management: Communicate strategy, progress, and risks to senior stakeholders, building consensus and alignment.
  8. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness; define KPIs for platform stability, satisfaction, and security.
  9. Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship within the product management team.
