Job summary

Quidient seeks a seasoned Product Manager to turn its Spatial AI tech into polished, scalable products for customers and developers. This 0-to-1 role blends user discovery, technical depth, go-to-market strategy, and platform thinking, with a hybrid setup near Columbia, MD.

You'll own product definition, MVP requirements, and measurable success criteria, partner with engineering and solutions, and drive GTM plans from concept to global growth while aligning with company security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years with consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 track record with software based products.
• Deep fluency in 3DGS, NeRFs, photogrammetry, 3D reconstruction, or related spatial computing technologies.
• Hands‑on product experience with machine learning and computer vision systems.
• Experience developing, launching, or scaling APIs as products.
• Proven GTM ability, including positioning, launch strategy, channel selection, and measurable growth outcomes.
• Experience running UXR programs, usability studies, design sprints, and data-driven product iteration.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Columbia, MD, in a hybrid capacity.
• Meet Quidient, customer, and government security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and customer discovery across target markets to identify problems to solve.
• Translate insights into product vision, MVP requirements, product requirements, and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering and solutions to define feasibility and prioritization.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs, quality rubrics, and feedback loops from concept to global growth.
