Job summary

Quidient, a deep-tech AI company, seeks a product manager to turn spatial AI into scalable products. This 0-to-1 role sits at the intersection of user discovery, technical depth, go-to-market strategy, and platform thinking. The position is hybrid and requires living near Columbia, Maryland.

You will lead user research, define MVPs, own GTM for consumer and developer launches, and drive API adoption while coordinating with engineering and customers, including field demos at conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, incl. 2+ years with consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 track record with software products.
• Fluency in 3DGS/NeRFs/3D reconstruction or related spatial tech.
• Hands-on ML/CV product experience.
• Experience developing or scaling APIs as products.
• Proven GTM ability: positioning, launch strategy, channels.
• Experience running UXR programs and design sprints.
• Strong cross-functional leadership.
• Willing to work on-site in Columbia, MD (hybrid).
• Background security checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and customer discovery across target markets.
• Translate insights into product vision, MVP requirements, and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering to define feasible, differentiated features.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs, and quality rubrics guiding products from concept through product-market fit to growth.
• Own go-to-market strategy for consumer and developer launches.
• Think in platform terms by connecting consumer adoption with API adoption and developer experience.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with transparent communication and cross-functional reviews.
• Go to field to demo product features at conferences.
