Job summary

Gusto is seeking a senior Product Manager for our small business banking initiatives. You will own core workstreams from onboarding to funding, and you will leverage our payroll ecosystem to build banking features that integrate with the broader platform.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in fintech or banking, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of running experiments. You will work in our Denver office with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or adjacent industries.
• Hands-on familiarity with business banking, BaaS platforms, deposit products, or money movement rails.
• Experience running experimentation programs from hypothesis to decision.
• Ability to work in 0→1 environments and launch with limited resources.
• Ability to partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver core workstreams spanning small business banking applications and identity verification.
• Grow adoption from acquisition through funded accounts and run funnel experiments.
• Define business outcomes and own KPIs for your workstream.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver integrated experiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ship compliant, resilient products.
