What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for new capabilities in the product portfolio
2. Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to identify and manage product requirements and capabilities
3. Provide clear and detailed requirements for product features and enhancements to support engineering
4. Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine and improve product offerings
5. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and interoperability requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 3-5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3. Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies and managing product backlogs
4. Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive product decisions and measure performance
5. Experience working directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure post-release product satisfaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Advanced degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business Administration, Instructional Design, etc.)
2. Understanding of the educational technology landscape and experience with LMS systems
3. Experience presenting on product releases or roadmaps at industry shows and webinars
4. Hands-on experience with user experience (UX) design, including creating wireframes and workflow diagrams
5. Experience working with APIs, LTI standards, and other integration technologies
