About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Product Manager to join our Security team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-impact security products that help organizations detect identity threats and respond to emerging risks.

The right candidate has experience with AI-driven solutions or a strong understanding of how AI can be applied to drive practical customer outcomes. You’ll own the roadmap for features that use automation, pattern recognition, and large-scale data to help MSPs and SMBs stay ahead of credential-based threats.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for identity threat detection and exposure monitoring

• Deliver AI-powered features that improve threat identification, prioritization, and response

• Represent the voice of MSP and SMB users in all product decisions

• Partner with engineering and data science teams to apply AI/ML effectively

• Work with marketing and sales to clearly communicate business and security value

• Drive adoption through go-to-market planning and enablement

• Prioritize using customer feedback, product data, and threat intelligence

• Continuously improve through testing, iteration, and measurement

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or IT

• Strong understanding of MSP and SMB security needs, especially around identity exposure and breach risks

• Familiarity with applying AI or automation to solve security problems like alert triage, anomaly detection, or threat classification

• Experience building products that process large data sets or threat feeds to deliver actionable insights

• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to align teams and focus on outcomes

• Skilled at turning complex concepts into simple, valuable product features
