Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Operations Research, Finance or related field.
• 6 years of experience in Product Management, Securities & Derivatives operations, or related roles.
• Experience with Agile project management and developing custody/derivatives products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risks and controls in securities and derivatives processes.
• Review requirements and identify gaps in operational processes.
• Develop product offerings for securities processing and hedge fund activities.
• Lead product roadmap, launch, and marketing to maximize value.
• Coordinate with external partners and manage vendor relationships.
