Job summary

Stripe is seeking a product manager to own the end-to-end Stripe Sandboxes and the testing platform, guiding the journey from a developer's first sandbox creation to validating complex payment flows at scale. This role touches the testing workflow of every Stripe product, with company-wide impact.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and user research to translate feedback into intuitive developer experiences, define the roadmap, and ship features that help every developer build faster

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping developer-facing products.
• Technical expertise in building developer-oriented tools.
• Ability to define strategy, set goals, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with users, Stripe developers, and internal product teams to validate product ideas, requirements, and prototypes
• Partner with engineering and design to ship functionality that delights developers testing their Stripe integrations, balances impact with engineering cost, and delivers measurable results
• Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Stripe Sandboxes and the testing platform
• Define key success metrics
• Work closely with user researchers to test hypotheses and understand user pain points
• Shape how testing and developer experiences adapt with agentic tooling
