Job summary

ConferED in the United States seeks a Product Manager to translate customer requirements and company strategy into an actionable product roadmap across ConferED's digital platforms.

You will gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate releases with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality products for conferences, video, learning, and content-management offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product-management or related technology experience.
• Experience working directly with software-development teams.
• Ability to turn business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and SaaS products.
• Experience with LMS, video, events, media, or association technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers, internal teams, and company leadership.
• Define product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Work closely with engineering and QA teams in India.
• Coordinate product releases.
• Evaluate usability and customer workflows.
• Support development of conference, video, learning, webinar, and content-management products.
• Research market requirements and competitive products.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and discovery conversations.
• Ensure engineering work remains aligned with business priorities.
