Standard Bots is seeking a product leader who builds first and ships. You will own discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core platform area, working closely with engineers and designers to turn insights into concrete features for robots.

You should have 5+ years of hands-on product experience, a track record of shipping, and a passion for industrial automation, AI, or robotics. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment with real-world impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product, design, engineering, or similar hands-on role.
• Built and shipped products you’re proud of, not just managed process.
• Experience in industrial automation, AI, or robotics.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own product discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core area of our platform.
• Go deep on customer problems—talk to users, visit sites, read manuals.
• Define what we're building with clear specs engineers can run with.
• Work hands-on with UX/interactions and ensure feature fit within the system.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to iterate prototypes and de-risk work.
