Job summary

Propel Together seeks a Product Manager to lead the Risk & Compliance product area, guiding day-to-day product decisions and roadmaps. You’ll work with business, technology, and suppliers to ensure the Intapp platform meets evolving needs and to support a Cloud/SaaS upgrade.

The role emphasizes prioritisation, clear requirements, and cross-functional coordination to deliver value and drive adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar for enterprise applications or operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and user stories.
• Proven stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting change or product improvement in critical business areas.
• Intapp experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and support day-to-day product management of the Risk & Compliance area.
• Manage and contribute to the product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, pain points and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into clear outcomes and prioritised work.
• Support the Intapp Cloud/SaaS upgrade across planning, design, testing and implementation.
• Assess impact of changes on users, processes and the operating model.
• Work with Project Manager and Product Owner during the upgrade.
• Build relationships across business, technology, compliance and suppliers.
• Support release planning, testing, adoption readiness and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes and system use.
• Document and communicate product risks, decisions and dependencies.
