Job summary

Unknown organisation in professional services seeks a Product Owner to lead the technology delivery across Intapp and related Risk & Compliance platforms. You will own the backlog, translate strategy into epics and collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers and suppliers.

The role is senior and hands-on, focusing on Intapp Matter Opening, AML, identity verification and sanctions screening, with a transition towards Intapp Cloud.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in tech delivery.
• 3+ years hands-on Intapp experience in a Product Owner role.
• Strong experience with Intapp Matter Opening, client intake and/or conflicts.
• Experience across AML, sanctions, identity verification or wider Risk & Compliance workflows.
• Backlog, requirements management and stakeholder leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or comparable product/delivery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Jira backlog and delivery roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Translate objectives into epics, user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security and QA teams.
• Act as day-to-day Product contact for business stakeholders, users and suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, releases and product changes where required.
• Coordinate UAT, pilots, release readiness and adoption activity.
• Ensure delivery meets security, data, risk, compliance and operational requirements.
• Support transition to Intapp Cloud and assess legacy customisation.
• Work with Thirdfort, World-Check and BvD ensuring controls and supplier accountability.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows and audit evidence.
