Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, or related discipline; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain analytics, materials management, demand planning, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including safety stock, reorder point planning, service level management, and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Strategy & Optimization: Analyze global spare parts inventory to align with customer service requirements and business objectives.
• Inventory Performance & Analytics: Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards for inventory performance and risk.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Product Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Service to improve inventory outcomes.
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with inventory performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on inventory imbalances and develop corrective action plans.
