Job summary

Flatiron Health in New York is seeking a Product Manager to own the data-generation infrastructure powering our real-world oncology data products. You will partner with data curation and core product teams to define data and quality requirements, and you will manage a global roadmap for critical data generation systems while ensuring ongoing operations.

You will design AI-forward QA strategies, facilitate cross-team trade-offs, and drive innovation within the data lifecycle to improve speed,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading complex projects in product, research, or data-oriented disciplines.
• Collaborative problem-solver who values candid feedback.
• Experience with biopharma, patient-level data, real-world data, or oncology.
• Strong understanding of AI and its practical use cases.
• Comfort with ambiguity and tackling vague technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own data generation mechanisms and supporting frameworks.
• Partner with data curation and product teams to define data/quality needs.
• Manage the global roadmap for data generation infrastructure.
• Design incremental cutovers during migrations to new tools.
• Define and execute an AI-forward QA strategy for datasets.
• Foster collaboration and align cross-team priorities.
• Measure impact with metrics like delivery efficiency, adoption, and cost.
