Job summary

Flatiron Health is seeking a Product Manager to own data generation infrastructure and support the quality frameworks behind our real-world data products. You will partner with data curation, core product, and other squads to drive the delivery platform used across oncology data platforms.

You have 3+ years of PM experience in software/SaaS/healthcare, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for AI-enabled data quality. This hybrid role is based in New York with flexible work options.

Responsibilities

• Own data generation infrastructure and parts of QA frameworks for data quality.
• Partner with data curation and core product teams to set data requirements and build tools.
• Manage global roadmap for data generation infrastructure and migrate systems without disrupting users.
• Design and execute AI-forward QA strategies to guarantee data integrity.
• Foster collaboration, drive alignment across upstream RWE initiatives, and communicate metrics to leadership.
• Evaluate new tooling and approaches to improve speed, quality, and scalability of data pipelines.
• Track metrics like data delivery efficiency, platform adoption, and revenue impact.
