CoStar Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of features across our Leasing Products. The role involves defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinating with marketing for product launches.

Located in Richmond, VA, the position is in-office, Monday through Friday, and requires 4+ years in product management with strong analytical and collaboration skills to deliver value to commercial real estate customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of Product Management or Leasing experience delivering industry-leading products.
• Operational experience in the Commercial Real Estate space.
• Familiarity with the needs of professionals in commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience shaping and executing product or data strategy for SaaS information products.

Responsibilities

• Organize user testing and translate feedback into actionable development priorities.
• Plan and execute product/feature deployments to a large subscriber base.
• Use customer data and usage analytics to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Build products that enhance customer experience and enable informed business decisions.
• Own the product roadmap from inception through release of new features.
• Coordinate with executives, design, engineering, QA, marketing and sales to meet usage and revenue goals.
• Capture customer needs and translate them into use cases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive product development and adoption.
• Drive releases in a fast-paced Agile environment and maintain release notes.
• Communicate strategy and plans to stakeholders across the organization.
