Job summary

CoStar Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Leasing to lead the product roadmap and drive delivery of new features across the Leasing Products. You will document user stories, manage resources, perform user testing, and coordinate with marketing for launch collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering industry-leading products and solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Experience shaping and executing product or data strategy for a SaaS information product.

Responsibilities

• Organize user testing and translate feedback into development priorities.
• Plan and execute deployments to a large subscriber base.
• Use data analytics to inform product opportunities and measure results.
• Own the product roadmap from inception to release of new features.
• Lead agile releases with backlog management and release notes.
• Collaborate with executives, UI design, engineering, QA, marketing and sales.
