Job summary

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Product Manager to own the CCE Software product. This role guides cross-functional teams charged with growing and evolving software used by public sector agencies, balancing customer needs with market trends and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will lead from concept through launch, collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, and customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or public sector technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI/ML tools or applying AI in product management lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success owning and delivering products from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to travel for customer visits, conferences, and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the CCE product roadmap strategy and align priorities with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to prioritize features and build the roadmap.
• Establish KPIs to measure performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria with engineering teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
