Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data, to define the strategic vision and roadmap for core Provider Data Products within our Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets as governed, API-driven assets driving care access, network steerage, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Provider Operations, PIM, Provider Contracting, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end value, while guiding enGen engineering teams through

Qualifications

• 3 years of product experience, including software lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Define the department's strategic product vision and roadmap to maximize value.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences including executives.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize work with internal and partner teams.
• Act as the accountable owner for the designated portfolio of products/tools.
• Collaborate with Provider Operations, PIM, and Provider Contracting to align strategy and delivery.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and ensure end-to-end delivery with delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve assets and reduce provider abrasion.
