Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Provider Data to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.
The role focuses on data-as-a-product governance, API-driven assets, and modernizing the Provider Directory to meet regulatory benchmarks and reduce provider abrasion across attestation and roster submissions.
As the Product Manager, Provider Data, you will define and execute the strategic product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement product portfolio. Provider data serves as the critical connective tissue of our integrated health care delivery and financing network-underpinning member access to care, network steerage, claims adjudication, clinical interoperability, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will champion "Data as a Product," treating provider datasets-demographics, network tiers, credentialing, contractual affiliations, and digital endpoints-as high-value, governed, API-driven assets. You will spearhead initiatives to modernize our Provider Directory, elevate data accuracy scores to meet stringent regulatory benchmarks (e.g., CMS mandates, No Surprises Act), and radically reduce provider abrasion by reimagining the provider attestation and roster submission experience.
You will act as the pivotal bridge between business strategy, operations, and technical execution. You will define the product's fundamental value proposition, align roadmaps across key strategic partners-including Provider Operations, Provider Information Management (PIM), Provider Contracting, Provider Administration, and Member Experience-and oversee end-to-end delivery by partnering directly with dedicated enGen engineering delivery teams throughout sprint ceremonies and milestone reviews.
