Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth and profitability for the Portsmouth Shake, Foundry Specialty Siding, and Versetta Stone lines. You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams within Siding and Trim Solutions to define strategy and execute initiatives that support business objectives.

The role is preferably located in Columbus, Ohio, with responsibility for lifecycle planning, pricing, and cross-functional leadership, plus budgeting and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of marketing, sales, product management, or related experience.
• Stage-Gate process experience is a plus.
• Premium/high-end product experience preferred; building materials experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and execution across the product life cycle, capturing customer voice and defining strategy.
• Partner with Marketing to develop product and marketing strategies for the Siding segment.
• Provide clear, timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned product lines; drive annual sales and profitability targets.
• Establish strategic pricing for new products and advise Sales on pricing negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional teams through Stage-Gate processes for new product development.
• Manage pre-launch activities and coordinate with Sales on beta and early-stage initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
