ITW Contamination Control is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to own the full lifecycle for the Chemtronics and Techspray brands, driving innovation and market success in electronics, aerospace, and industrial markets. You will translate customer needs into clear product requirements, develop robust roadmaps, and collaborate with Lab, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure timely market entry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, applications engineering, or technical marketing within a manufacturing environment.
• Background in electronics manufacturing, precision cleaning, or industrial chemicals is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis to drive product direction and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle for Chemtronics and Techspray portfolios across both brands.
• Develop and implement an Innovation Roadmap; own product strategy and roadmap for assigned chemistries.
• Lead go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and sales policies to hit revenue/m margin targets.
• Coordinate VOC exercises to define regional and global requirements for new product launches.
• Translate customer challenges into actionable technical requirements and communicate solutions to commercial teams.
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to inform future product direction and regulatory alignment.
