AGCO Corporation in Jackson, MN, seeks a North America Application Equipment Product Manager to lead strategy, lifecycle, and performance for RoGator, TerraGator, and related technologies. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive customer-focused solutions from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes voice-of-customer programs, dealer enablement, and market-driven prioritization to improve productivity and sustainability. On-site work four days weekly in Jackson, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the agricultural equipment industry.
• Proven experience in product management, application equipment, precision agriculture, agronomy, product marketing, sales, technical support, or engineering.
• Experience with application equipment, including self-propelled sprayers and nutrient application systems.
• Experience working with dealers, large growers, product launches, and precision agriculture technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Application Equipment product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and portfolio performance.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging technology trends.
• Lead structured Voice of Customer activities with growers, retailers, and dealers; translate insights into requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Dealers, and Customers to deliver market-relevant solutions.
• Monitor market share, profitability, and product performance; recommend improvements.
