AGCO Corporation in Jackson, MN, is seeking a Senior Manager, Application Systems to lead engineering teams delivering application systems within Crop Care platforms. You will define technical strategy, shape architectures, and drive cross‑functional delivery aligned with roadmaps and quality standards.

This onsite role provides leadership across multiple teams, manages programs and budgets, and mentors managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related)
• Experience leading global or multi-site engineering teams
• Background in application systems (e.g., spraying, material application, fluid systems and chassis)
• Significant experience in engineering leadership within product or systems development
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and organizational direction

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for application systems in Crop Care.
• Lead development of system architectures, technology selection, and platform scalability.
• Drive delivery of reliable, high-quality application systems meeting performance and regulatory requirements
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with budget responsibility
• Lead managers and senior technical professionals across application engineering disciplines
