What you'll do:

• Own the roadmap like it’s your mission — plan, prioritize, and execute product development with laser focus
• Drive cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, ops) to beat estimates and deliver fast — no excuses.
• Lead with urgency and accountability — relentlessly push projects forward while bringing others up with you.
• Hold high standards for execution — you set the tone and expect excellence.
• Identify gaps and refuse to let friction slow progress — whether it’s process, people, or priorities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate clinical and business needs into ruthless execution .Be the voice of the product — communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, consistently, and always operate with the end-user in mind.

What you'll bring:

• Experienced in managing complex products, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated environments.
• Obsessed with deadlines and outcomes — “on time” is late in your book.
• Known for your ability to inspire and push teams beyond what they thought was possible.
• Able to context-switch quickly , communicate crisply, and hold both the big picture and the smallest details in your head.
• Strong technical understanding — not a coder, but you can smell BS estimates from a mile away.
• Deeply empathetic to the end-user (patients, providers, clinicians) — you work fast, but never recklessly .
• Data-Driven Decision Maker : You are skilled in making informed decisions based on A/B testing, user research, data analysis, and market trends.
• Passionate About Healthcare : You are excited about the opportunity to drive innovation in healthcare and education, helping professionals and ultimately, patients improve their health and wellness.
• Effective Communicator : You are a compelling storyteller, able to convey ideas succinctly and inspiringly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinker : You apply systems thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute effective product strategies.
• Startup Experience : You have been in the back of the kitchen, seen how the sausage is made, and have the ‘no job too small’ mentality to make things happen. Have gone from 0 to 1 (e.g. led Seed to Series A) or scaled from 1 to 100 (Series A to C)
