They’re seeking an experienced and visionary Power Platform Practice Lead to help build and scale a world-class Power Platform offering across North America and beyond.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead from the front—establishing the Power Platform practice from the ground up, while delivering transformative solutions that empower clients to innovate at scale. You’ll define the vision, lead strategic engagements, and drive capability building within a fully remote environment.

• Lead the build-out and strategy of the global Power Platform practice.
• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define impactful digital transformation roadmaps using the Power Platform.
• Mentor and develop a team of Power Platform consultants, engineers, and architects.
• Oversee governance, standards, and best practices for scalable Power Platform implementations.
• Represent the company at key industry events, user groups, and partner engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions with the Power Platform.
• Deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Proven leadership experience in building or scaling a Power Platform practice/team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive high-level strategic conversations with clients.
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-200) strongly preferred.
• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Shape and lead a high-impact Power Platform practice from the ground up .
• Fully remote flexibility with a global reach .
• Partner with enterprise clients on game-changing digital transformation projects.
