Headquartered in Camarillo, California and with offices around the world, we are actively looking for talented individuals to help grow the business! At Hygiena we believe:
With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Product Manager (Platform) to join our team. This is a full-time, exempt, remote role, but preferably based in Southern California.
The Product Manager (Platform) is responsible for turning Hygiena's portfolio of software applications, including SureTrend, SureKleanz, SureDoc and SureLab, into one connected system that customers experience as a single product. This role owns the platform roadmap end to end: unified sign-in, cross-app navigation, shared data and combined reporting, in-app cross-sell between products, and the integrations that connect our applications to CRM, ERP and billing systems. The Product Manager (Platform) pairs strong UI/UX judgment with a clear understanding of how accounts, data and systems fit together behind the scenes. Our applications were built separately, and this person will make them feel as if they were designed together. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, the other product managers, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success, the Product Manager is measured on customer adoption, cross-app usage and cross-sell revenue, not on tickets shipped.
