Job summary

You will partner with engineering, sales, operations, compliance, implementation, customer success, leadership, and external partners to deliver measurable customer value and align with company objectives. Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization; develop a deep understanding of healthcare payment workflows; define KPIs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ecommerce and the payments industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through market launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop deep understanding of healthcare payment workflows and customer pain points.
• Work with clients, partners, team members, vendors, and industry leaders to ensure products and related activities support the overall product strategy.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, such as adoption, utilization, release success, and support trends.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to recommend product strategies and plans including market assessments and release schedules.
• Support product deployments alongside account management, implementation, and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery.
